Who is it aimed at?

Our Strategy Workshops are aimed at Leadership Teams from a defined business area upwards to Senior Board Level. It’s an opportunity for a company’s senior management to take time out to either develop or refocus on the company or business area strategy.

What will be delivered at the end of the Strategy Workshops?

The outcome of the event will be dependant on how many days are booked and the defined aims of the event. In most cases it will not be possible to develop a full company strategy in one day, however, for example, a one day event will allow the team to focus on defining the outline structure of a strategy to take home and work on together.

What will a typical outline of a Strategy Workshop be like?

We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all solution, and to ensure this will never be the case, we conduct on-site, pre-workshop sessions to better understand your business needs and drivers. Theses pre-workshop sessions allow us to provide a scalable service that is tailored to your particular business.

All our sessions are off-site, to drive better focus and commitment without the normal day-to-day distractions of an office environment.
