Challenge
The EMEA based subsidiary of this multi-national engineering and construction company wished to further expand its market presence within the UK. Quogan was asked to support the company in establishing a new business unit that will complement and widen its services to an existing client base.
Action
A market analysis was conducted, options identified and a business case developed, presented and agreed at Senior VP level. An organisation structure and resourcing plan was created, target markets identified and a brand identity established.
Outcome
The establishment of a new business unit with an identified target market/brand and sourcing of its key management team. As part of this piece of work a number of the key management team for the new business unit were sourced via Quogan’s extensive network, without the use of external recruitment companies.
*As a result of the work conducted gaps were identified within the existing business which has subsequently lead to a more strategic engagement with our client leading to a business improvement agenda.
